Admissions Process
- Admissions at Khairul Ummah Academy are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, most classes have limited availability and often maintain a waiting list.
- If a class is full, parents may place their children on the waiting list.
- You must visit the school again by September 30th of the new school year to retain your position on the waiting list.
- Should a spot become available mid-year, parents on the list may be contacted.
- Once contacted, parents have 48 hours to confirm registration. Failure to do so will result in losing the spot.
Tuition Fees
We are committed to offering high-quality Islamic and academic education at an affordable cost. Tuition rates are
based on annual household income:

Payment Policy
- Payment Method: All tuition and fees must be paid by direct deposit. A completed direct deposit form is required at registration.
- 12-Month Plan: Fees will continue through July and August, even if your child is not returning in September. If a student withdraws mid-year, families must pay the difference between the 12-month and 10-month plans. Example: A student paying $200/month who withdraws in December will owe a remaining balance of $160.
- NSF Charges: There is a $25 charge for any payment that fails due to insufficient funds, stopped payments,
or other banking issues. - Registration Fee: An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due at re-enrollment.
- Sibling Discount: Families with more than two children enrolled receive a $25 discount for the third child.
